Majestic, signed Erstwilder, ‘A Most Sacred Bird Ibis’ acrylic pin!

This laser-cut pin features a three-dimensional ibis bird design. Beautifully hand-painted, it showcases enamel and illustrates a fitting representation of the Egyptian bird - this living incarnation of the Egyptian deity Thoth hard enamel pin represents the sacred African ibis. Pin it to your clothes, bag or scarf, as an offering to the god of wisdom and reasoning. It comes from the Egyptian Revival collection.

Designed and hand-made in a little studio in Melbourne, Australia. Erstwilder’s designs are decidedly fun, often outrageous, somewhat quirky and always delightfully companionable. Made up of a team of local designers, each piece in a collection has its own narrative including a unique name and a short story which serves as an homage to history, myth, pop-culture and classic storytelling. Condition: New, excellent, no loss or wear aways. Please note due to the hand-mixed nature of the resins in their designs, it is also common and normal to find tiny flecks or bubbles in the resin layers. All in all, this just makes each piece as special and unique as you are.
