Erstwilder, The Boy King Tutankhamun, Acrylic Brooch
Majestic, signed Erstwilder, ‘The Boy King Tutankhamun’ acrylic brooch/pin!
This laser-cut brooch features a three-dimensional Tutankhamun king pin design. Beautifully hand-painted, it showcases layers of super light resin and illustrates a fitting representation of the Tutankhamun - despite his notoriety coming from the discovery of his intact tomb, Tutankhamun will forever be among the most famous of Pharaohs.
Occupant of arguably the most famous unearthed tomb ever, this Boy King Tutankhamun brooch is part of the Egyptian Revival collection. Inspired by all things Ancient Egypt, as filtered through the lens of Art Deco design, this glorious brooch is brought to life with a stunning combination of patterned, textured and gorgeous gold mirror resins, and features hand-painted details as well as a beautiful Czech glass gemstone on the head dress.

Made up of a team of local designers, each piece in a collection has its own narrative including a unique name and a short story which serves as an homage to history, myth, pop-culture and classic storytelling. Each little character is only made in a limited number and their designs are highly collectible.
