Beautiful vintage, JMP Jean Marie Poinot, disc necklace, made in France!

Such rare and collectible item! Having worked for many couture houses, Jean-Marie Poinot only had a small shop of his own in Paris and a small range of pieces. However they have become highly valuable collectable pieces since his passing.

You might think that you recognise this pattern and you would be correct - Gucci has used a very similar pattern in its iconic brand design and it has lead to quite a few controversies. Interesting fact!

This costume jewellery necklace features a three dimensional, layered Art Deco disc design mixed with round cutouts. It features blue and black shades, however it is also reversible and can be worn as black only. Large in size. Made in France. Timeless!
