The Still Lifes collection is inspired by still life paintings and its artists - arrangements of inanimate objects and materials, re-constructed into contemporary earring form, made entirely from vintage components. Each earring is named after a prominent and influential still life artist, where no pair is ever exactly the same. Each style features an amber bead from Danilova’s vast personal amber collection, giving the wearer a chance to experience treasured gems that have been collected and curated by us for many years.
By Danilova is a limited statement earring line inspired by fashion recycling and nostalgic adornment. It tells a story of longevity, where each component is recycled from past fashion accessories and is re-imagined in its new, handcrafted, statement earring form. The past memories are preserved and new, beautifully adorned, memories are created.
