Beautiful, signed vintage, Ciner regal crystal brooch!
This gold-tone, 18K-plated, costume brooch features a three-dimensional regal medal-like ornament shape. It is adorned with stunning, round and oval, ruby red, emerald green and sapphire blue art glass cabochons, as well as Swarovski crystals. Look at the intricate work!
